- The author/maintainer having spent some time 'scrabbling' around the Web to find PSIs decided to try and compile a list (and to add some PSIs of his own, created for a broader project).
  There also seems to, currently, be a debate as to whether PSIs should be 'distributed' (exposed to 'Darwinian selection') or 'centralized'. An unofficial listing is a 'contribution' to that debate.
